The hotel was in a central setting near to most of embassy especially US embassy. The staff were so hospitable and responsive and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

Amazing and lovely position, we enjoyed staying here.

We ate in the particularly good restaurant from the huge lobby you can see one floor below which was reasonably priced.

Best possible location in Spiral restaurant where we experienced an amazing breakfast buffet, oriental style building. Really close to the airport, Manila Bay and Mall of Asia, and the Philippines special.

The hotel has a nice design and beautiful views. It is located next to the shore and the bay area. The room was recently refurbished and extremely pleasant with a private bathroom, electric kettle, and a refrigerator. The staff was sincere and provided friendly service along with useful information. The property offers an enormous buffet breakfast.

It was fairly clean with sincere staff who assisting us upon check-in and check-out. The restaurant was particularly good for breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes.

The location for Manila was amazing and absolutely perfect, near along the water, Manila Bay, and all the different restaurants. Had supper enjoying drinks at the nearby Sunset Bar. Our superior king room with 1 large double bed, bathtub, and excellent views was top-notch.

This place has been recently renovated and is very enjoyable with fantastic views; its proximity to significant attractions like the airport, Manila Bay, and Mall of Asia is exceptional.

The staff was well-trained and impeccably trained and check in was early. The location in a very nice area was best possible and there were a shopping centre and a market nearby. Also, the distance to a surprisingly decent amusement park was just 1 km.

Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was impressive and fairly clean, it had great and beautiful location especially in the sports bar. The room was spacious, and we had a scenic view of the city.
